The Persona Tab of DonorSnap allows you to split out members of a household, such as a married couple where both spouses interact differently with you; multiple contacts at an organization; or multiple children within a household.

The Persona tab does not come automatically turned on for most sites. Contact support at feedback@donorsnap.com to have Persona turned on for your organization.
There are some limitations with using Persona, however. Before activating Persona for your site, please review this video to see if persona will be a good fit for your organization.
