You can combine duplicates in just a couple of steps.
DonorSnap has Merge Contact tool (Maintenance > Merge Contact) that moves activity records (donations, interactions, etc.) from one contact to another and then inactivates the old record.
It does not merge information in the main contact record (names, emails, phone numbers, etc. - any information on the Contact screen). If there are any discrepancies between the two contact records, you'll need to fix that manually before merging the contacts.
