The blue screen you are seeing on our help site is one of the bugs in IE11. Adding donorsnap.com to the Compatibility View settings of your browser should fix that. Go to the tools menu of your browser and click Compatibility View Settings. There you can add donorsnap.com to the list.
Alternatively, you can use a different browser which will render the page correctly. We highly recommend using Chrome for DonorSnap, which is much quicker. Also, please be aware that IE11 is not a supported browser for DonorSnap until Microsoft releases a more stable version of the browser.
